This is a great website! Literally hundreds of vectors listed, and all of them are free. Packed full of flowers, grids, patterns, backgrounds, abstract shapes and anything else you can think of.
Everything on this site is downloadable as .zip files. The vectors are in Adobe Illustrator .ai and .eps formats.
